DStephanie M. Bayner, M.D. is a physiatrist who completed her training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at New York Medical School. . Physiatrists treat a variety of problems using a combination of physical therapy, rehabilitation, and medication. Dr Bayner specializes in post traumatic neck and low back injuries. Proper treatment can relieve pain and restore proper function to a body region affected by injury.
Dr Bayner’s interests in pain management have led her to completing several courses on invasive and non-invasive pain management. Her interests also include alternative medical treatment which has led her to studies at The Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Changdu, China.
Dr Bayner utilizes all her vast skills and knowledge in treating patients at the Bay Street Medical Pavilion. She is multilingual and is fluent in English, Polish, Russian, and Spanish.
