With his state-of-the-art Staten Island Medical Pavilion, Dr Bongiorno has defined a career mission: to help create a much needed multidiscipline facility that offers a full range of professional and caring health services to the community. Dr Bongiorno began his Chiropractic career as a sole practitioner in Brooklyn after graduating New York Chiropractic College and earning board certification from the National Board of Chiropractors in 1988.  He has successfully treated a vast array of injuries in his over 20 years in practice, with particular expertise in treating post traumatic spinal and extremity injuries.

  Dr. Julianne Monica earned her chiropractic degree from the prestigious Southern California University of Health Sciences, Whittier, California.
She comes to our practice with 20 years experience in the spinal rehabilitative and wellness care fields. She is a certified Whiplash Trauma Specialist as a graduate of the San Diego Spinal Institute Master’s Program.
In 1990 she founded the North Hudson Spinal Wellness Center in Union City, N.J. which specialized in the treatment and management of the traumatically injured. She practiced and served Hudson County for over 10 years. She has certification as an expert witness in both New Jersey’s Bergen and Hudson counties’ worker’s compensation and personal injury courts, respectively.
She holds a B.S. degree from Arizona State University in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and is a physician status Certified Nutrition Specialist.
She is the Director of our Chiropractic and Wellness programs at the Bay Street Medical Pavilion and is responsible for developing the custom tailored comprehensive treatment programs for all her patients.
